fully-automatic Custard/Cup Cake Production Line is a multi-purpose
fully-automatic core-filling custard pie production line which is
developed based on the original equipment in order to meet various
demands of different food products factories. It can produce
core-filling custard pies as well as cup cakes, and can also
produce cakes of various shapes by using different molds.
The Process flow of this production line:
mixing --- oil spraying --- forming --- baking --- out oven and cooling --- De-mould --- centering filling --- cooling --- sterilize --- packing
1. cake filling machine is designed to filling chiffon cake, sponge
cake, high cream cake, puff crust, cupcake, and birthday cake.
2. Stainless-made machine body complies with hygiene requirements;
3. easy to clean and operate, convenient to maintain.
4. The extruding rollers are treated with special coat to prevent
adhesion of batter.
5. The number and size of outlet nozzles can be customized for various bakery applications.
6. There are two types of filling batter, one is by a row of individual point filling, and the other is a continuous filling on conveyor belt surface.
7. When the baking pan is filled with batter, it is available to set the auto-return by putting the baking pan in a single direction, moving forward for baking pan collection. It can also be operated by one person to return reversely.
8. Use the "man-machine interface dialog box" treatment for the control panel, and it's able to memorize 150 operating modes.
9. Baking pan conveyor belt can move up and down to reduce adhesion- will lead no antifoaming.
